Where is it said that life would be straight forward? It's not that I really expected it, but yet, there's this part of me that keeps discovering a bigger idea of what my life is all about.

I worked in broadcast television for 25+ years. I really had a blast. But I often reflect on what that gave me as far as experience and knowledge. Since I have re-invented my life completely, I often think there must be a reason why I spent a quarter century in the industry.

I had found my interest in the television industry was wayning. The last several years were just not very compelling. My passion(s) had gone somewhere else. So I quit. Cold Turkey. In fact, is was just about a year ago today. I had two kids in college, a mortgage, maintenance payments and not much savings to speak of. And I just walked in and resigned.

I started to create a platform to teach spirituality on. I made CD's and created an online store. I thought I was getting in my groove. But something bigger kept nagging on me. I was thnking I had the whole picture, but my life kept pulling me into these situations that made me think bigger. Think bigger. Thing BIGGER.

My Soul had specific ideas as to what my life was to look like, but it had to bring me along in the thinking bigger realm until I could embody the whole picture of my Divine Life Path. Each of us has a specific purpose here on earth. And often that purpose is much bigger than we have allowed ourselves to think. Our Soul wants to execute at a much higher level. If you have a burning desire to help the less fortunate, consider thinking bigger. Are you just applying your passion to just your neighborhood? Are you only speaking directly to people instead of writing your words in a book, and telling millions your Souls words? Are you teaching others your process, so they can, in turn, teach others too?

I think often the purpose of our life can take a bunch of stretching of our vision to be able to fully comprehend the totality of our Divine Life Path. I have been attending the CEO Space forums. It is here I have been stretched the most. CEOSpace is the place where you can really stretch your vision(s), and have a complete understanding of how to actually get there too. The leaders are very spiritual. It is a very positive group that only focuses on the positive, supportive path for you to unfold into the total vision of your Divine Life Path. You can check them out at www.ceospace.net. I can help you connect to a chapter near you to help you if you wish. I have gone to two forums and will continue until I can completely understand the scope of what they teach.

It's time for us to stand in our truth. The new headlines will not make it to the media. It will happen in the background. The new chapter(s) of the human story are being written everyday. But the press is not there to tell the story.

What's the new headlines for your life? What is the grander vision for your life expressed? How can I help you step into that bigger realm of your life right now?

May the best idea of your life unfold, right now, for you to stand in your truth.

I am facinated by the many types of methods there are to work on your life from. There are thousands of self help books, processess, techniques. And I celebrate every one of them. I know in my divine life path there were several authors that I really resonated with. David Hawkins is one, Ernest Holmes, Deepak Chopra and others have struck chords deep within my being.

But as I watch how I experience life now, I really notice it's a total package that brings the deepest sense of bliss to my being.

I think of the emotional turbulence that originally woke me up. The gift that did the trick was working in a seemingly hostile work enviroment for over a deacde. When I first connected to the unresolved subconsious anger within me, that I had no idea was there, I felt a deep shift fromwithin my being.

Now, many years later, I have found a deeply rooted place of peace and joy in my everyday life. I have found a haven, if you will, that has given me a place of rest and nurturing. But "haven" doesn't seem like the right mind set though. It's more like a home.

I really get, that I am an eternal presence of spirit, who happens to be in this body at this time. Everything I am experiencing around me is a result of my karmic momentum.  If I am experiencing emotional turmoil in my outer life, it is a reflection of emotional turmoil from within my inner space(s). I can't really fix it my managing and posturing with the external elements in my life, until I get it right within myself.

If I can't focus on my dreams, and really create a vibration of what I really want to attract into my life, then I have not really mastered my thoughts. My mind would be too easily distracted to actually create with the law of attraction.

If I have not healed my self love, I can not actually embody that energy of Love within me to create the experience of Love outside of me. Nobody will Love me more than I Love myself. I can't REALLY be wealthy, if I don't feel like I deserve it.

And that leads to my beleifs, "you have to work hard for your money", "The ressesion sucks, nothing is working right now","You can't do what you REALLY Love and make a good living". This kind of crap is engrained in the vast majority of our tribe. Fed to us in daily mega-doses by the media, It keeps our thoughts on what we don't want.

These are just some of the arena's of Self that decide what our life really looks like.

But my favorite part, is my truth inside me. The wisdom of my heart andthe passions of my Soul. There's thereal juice. My Soul has fed me dreams about what my life can really look like. My heart has told me the wisdom I need to make it happen. And my Love has empowered me to actually engage the process. I know I have to let go of every aspect of my self that is incongruent with my dream(s).  How cool is THAT? Sign me up. I'll take that road, no matter how tought it seems to be to bring the needed changes inside of me.

And I choose to have a blast on the way.

I have written the best first blush on this process and it will be available soon. My book, Swimming with your boots on" is all about the whole picture. I am excited by the passion I have for this subject. And that brings me joy. I Love it.

Dream your best dream, Really. Tell yourself now, what IS my best dream for my life.

 Love and Light

We all have heard the notion of how our thoughts create our life. And that's certainly true. But theres another aspect to our thoughts. It is HOW we are thinking. When we were raised by our family, they taught us how to think. This wasn't done in a very conscious way. It was more like they just did what they were taught and we picked it up from them. Our parents had the same experience from their parents when they were growing up.

This baseline mindset is a key aspect as to how we approach the conditions of our life. How we see and deal with problems. Where we are able to function. What we can allow into our life.

Perhaps we saw, time and again, that when you have a big problem, you handle it yourself. Did you see your father work tirelessly, by himself, to resolve a big, sudden problem? Or did you father call up some close friends and get the help that made the task so much easier to handle.

What about when there was a crisis. Did everybody shut up and not tell anybody what was happening in the household? Like a group experience of shame? Were they powerless to raise their voice when someone was taking advantage of them?

You can start to see this baseline pattern of thinking that is so engrained in ourself it is next to impossible to detect.

 So what the hell?

What can you do to reprogram such baseline thinking? Swim in a completely different pond. Perhaps you join a successful entrepreneur group. Or attend a open social netowrk. Or pause and think what are some DIFFERENT ways I can handle this situation.

By challenging HOW we are thinking, we can start to shift how we see and approach problems. As we keep aware and open to new ways of dealing with things in our life, we can start to make new chices, that over time, bring our life into completely new arenas. We are actually shifting our life's path.

Take some time, next time your facing a situation, and think of different ways you can approach the situation. Allow yourself the power of letting the solution be something you;ve never allowed before.

Opening up to the many choices in every moment is a key way to allow your personal power to grow.

May we all live full, vibrant lives.

 Love and Light

I have always enjoyed finding a big, thick book on mythology. And just sitting down with it and looking at what other cultures have decided as important and true. It is always curious to me how they came about weighing their priorities to come up with their own version as to what is important and what isn't.

If you were to write a short chapter to describe our culture(s) definition as to what is important to us, what would you write? What would you write for yourself? and what would you write to describe the general attitude as to what we feel is important?

We're sitting on a new chapter in our human evolution. Everything is getting re-prioritized. When gas went up to $4 a gallon, our awareness of our driving became front and center for many of us. We were re-evaluating our ability to travel at will. (If) When our budgets got tight, we re-evaluated where the cable bill fit in, in our relationship to travel, going to the movies, eating out, etc.

We're all collectively redefining our lives, or so it seems to me.

What's it going to be? What is the next chapter in our place in the endless chapters of this mythology book going to be? Are we going to bring the baseline human experience up to a respectable level? How do you change the baseline of what others are experiencing? Are they not part of the equation?

I remember watching a news story about Afghanistan. The story first had video from there. Everything was coloured in earth tones. The buildings, the clothes, the whole village.  Then the story focused on a care package that was being prepared to be shipped to Afghanistan. There were these very bright, florescent colored school backpacks. Colored folders, lunch boxes, and such that people had bought to send over for aid. It really struck me as such a clash of culture.

We were doing what we would want ourself. Based on our cultures model. So how do you bring the baseline of another cultures experience up? And which way IS up?

It seems like the thing to do is to help empower them to make their own changes. If they do not own the change, how can it really stick anyway.

What about the people in our own society that are stuck in a mindset of the past? Who can stand up and say where they "should" be moving to, if they, themselves, don't really want to change? How do you heal the wounds of the past that are entrenched in our actions and choices that seem to keep cycling through the human experience?

The best steps you can take right now is to empower yourself. Be the change you want to see in the world. When you empower yourself, you are creating a more powerful you. And this is rippling into the text of the next chapters entry in the evolving book of mythology.

Imagining a world of healthy, capable, powerful, abundant, graceful, creative, fulfilled human beings is the best things I would want to read about in our next chapter of this human experience. What would that look like for you? If you could dream up the most fantastic idea of what your life could look like, what would that be? And what would that be if EVERYONE was doing that? It exist in the human potential. When we each choose that for ourselves, we will have it collectively.

It seems like there is a whole new wave of this unfolding in the mind of humanity.

What a perfect time to bring it into the human experience.

Dream your best dream, and then say Yes to it unfolding in your life.

To the best chapter yet, we ALL deserve it...

 Love and Light
