So then...

 When we look at what we are experiencing in our life, good or bad, we can be sure that we are the creator of it. It's not that we create everything that is happening, as we are sharing this common space, but we are totally responsible with how we react to what we are experiencing. So the re-action to our environment determines what we do with our situation(s).

Many of us are seemingly stuck in a repetitive pattern of living. We are watching the same event(s) happening over and over again. Yet we yearn for more. We want to have a different experience. A better experience. Perhaps the life we had known for so many years, is changing... forever. Perhaps our career is taking an unexpected turn. Or our job description(s) is changing. And we are finding our self on new ground. We are finding our self in a space where we have not been before. Perhaps our entire life is different. Nothing is the same.

 What are we to do to bring about our good? What can we do to re-invent our self for this new chapter in our life? How can we proceed?

 There is a fundamental aspect to life. Life itself is not divided. There is not two life forces that are competing with each other. There is only one life force. One eternal river of life, seeking to express itself. It is behind all of life. Everything you see in your life that is alive, has this common life force behind it.

When we, our self, are in harmony with this life force, we are actually allowing energy to flow thru us, as us. What does this have to do with our life? When we are finding our self in a new chapter, and we are looking to find our footing again, we would do well to consider how our decisions are working with this life force energy. When we are choosing options that support this flow, we are choosing the best path for our life. When we are considering choices that support life in others, we are choosing to open up to more life force energy flowing through us. Supporting others, is supporting our selves,

 We are providing a service to others. We are providing a experience to others. No matter what we are actually doing, in our life, we are in the business of allowing the life force energy to express through us, as us. We do this by choosing to connect with others. We choose to make choices that grow the choices and options for others. Our choices bring more life to others.

What makes you excited about the future? where does your desires shine? Where do they feel the best? when we are feeling joyful about our choices, we are in the flow. Joy itself is the best indicator of being in the flow of this life force energy. What will help others? what will grow our options, as a human race? what will support the life in others?

 This basic premise is the root of your best life path. When you are considering the best path for your life, keep this in mind. There IS a place for you right now. There is a next step for you. There is a wonderful future for you. For everyone of you. It is intended for life to be prosperous. To be joyful, to be fun.

 Take some time and dream how you can open up and engage the flow of life through you to others. Dream big, live big. YOU deserve it.

 when we choose to incarnate and live our life here on earth, it is to have a HUMAN experience. Our Soul did not choose to come here to have a Soul experience. Our higher self did not come here to have a higher self experience. It is ALL about being a human being.

 So imagine you are a parent. and it's apparent, your a parent, you have a young child who wants to be a baseball superstar. He is so young and just starting out. So it's time for the first game. He's had some practice and it's time for him to start to play. He goes up to bat, and the first pitch flies by. He turns, runs over to the fence, and looks at you with with big eyes. That pitch scared the hell out of him, and he wants you to bat for him.

 Of course, he's never going to learn how to master the game of baseball unless HE actually engages it. You re-assure him and tell him he can do it. He steps back up to the plate. Another pitch comes whirling by. And he stops and turns to look at you again. You re-assure him again. He steps back up to the plate. Another pitch flies by, and this time he swings. He turns and looks at you with a big smile. With the added self confidence, he WANTS the next pitch. Here it comes, he swings and hits it hard, runs to first and jumps for joy. He has started to engage his dream of playing baseball.

 You have come here to earth with lessons to learn about this human experience. this human game of life. many of us are going through such struggles, and we are looking for our parents in the crowd. WE are looking for guidance. And our Soul has the best advise possible. We need to hear the coach. To learn the game, to learn the rules of life itself.

 The best thing for us to do, is to start to listen to our coach, our heart and Soul. Our coach is trying to guide us through these life lessons, so we can learn the game. So we can spread our wings. But our coach just whispers. Our Souls guidance is the first thing to go, when we stop being present in the moment. We get so busy and we haven't stopped to listen to that still small voice.

 Our Soul is not going to guide us to a bag full of money. It will teach us how to play the game. It will teach us about this game of life. How to live, as a human, and thrive in Love and Joy. It is us, the human, that needs to make the moves, and learn the ropes.

 Our best life is the desire of our Soul. And it is waiting to come out in us, as us. We all have a work to do, that when we are engaged in it, seems like play. Our life purpose will be the most fulfilling path we can choose.

 My life path is to help others learn the game of life. To learn how to find home plate again, and start to play the game, how to swing, how to hit and how to score. This human experience has some rules that are not so obvious. Many of the principles of life are very subtle. We often get stuck, trying to make it happen, when we are not even at the plate.

 You are the creator of your life. If you have not been able to make it happen, then there's some aspect of the game that you have missed. Take a step back and look at what you are putting your effort into. IS it going to get you what you want? Do you have a passion for it?

 The game of life is here for us ALL to win. There is no other team really, the only competition is in our own mind. The universe waits patiently for us to get it right. So we can fly, so we can soar.  To thrive, to laugh, to create, and to love.

Happy New Year

 When we look at the last part of 2008, we see such deep changes in every aspect of our life. If it wasn't $4 a gallon gas, it was another bank going bankrupt. Or any of the other stories the media told us every day. When we have our livelihood tied up in the upheaval of society, we tend to think there are not any good options to go to.

 But I disagree with that whole heartedly. We create our own reality. There are people who are thriving in todays economy. And there's room for many more to do the same. Including you. 2008 was a year of incredible changes for myself.  In March of 2008, I was a full time employee of a local TV station.  I can see the television towers I use to manage from the park by my house. I see the red lights flashing up there at night. Many, many times I was called to go up there in a blizzard or in the middle of the night to take care of some major problem. But now I see them and they really seem like a time long, long ago. Almost like a high school memory.

 How is it that my life has totally changed in those few months? The course of my life had a new direction for me. MY television engineering skills would not be used anymore. I would be creating my new life from scratch. Yet, it felt really comfortable. It came to me easily. I was excited about it. These were key signs about the direction of my new life.

 I know that many thousands of people are in the same boat. Whole industries are changing directions, laying off thousands of people. People are having to redefine their life on the fly. I know what that's about. It can be a really scary place too. But there is a way through it. There is a path that waits for you. It is something you have to discover and CLEARLY choose. If you keep holding on to a job that is getting consistently smaller and smaller, then you are only delaying the journey you need to take to get your life back on track. Holding on to a company job, hoping the world will change to bring you your good isn't it. You got to read the writing on the wall. 

 It's really not a good path unless it will ultimately allow you to thrive. A very key aspect to getting your life back on track is to make the clear decision that you have to do something completely different, and to completely let go of your old job being able to generously supply you with what you need to not only survive, but what you need to thrive.

 2009 is such a gift, because so many of us will be doing the same thing. Creating a totally new way of life. One that promotes us and our possibilities for the future. It's like a new business culture that is rising out of the ashes of the old industry giants.

 I dedicate this next year to helping people make a change in their life direction.  I had done it on my own, and it took many more months than it needed to. I didn't know what it was I was suppose to do. Or how to do it. I have finally figured it out. And I want to turn around and help others do the very same thing. We can all do this. there is no doubt about that. In fact, it is the very thing that will break us free from the old mindset of fear and lack.

 So what is it going to be for you?Are you considering a totally new path for yourself? Then there's no mistake as to why you are reading this right now. Let me help you take the big bumps out of the road. There will still be trying times, but they will grow us. They are not to be feared, they are what will make us that much stronger.  My every intention is to help others make effective change in their life now. May we all prosper in 2009. We deserve it. Individually  and as a country.

We are in an unprecedented amount of change in our lives. Many of us are having to make changes we never would have though about just a few years ago. How is it that we are facing such deeply rooted changes in so many aspects of our lives?

There is a fundamental shift in the course of humanity. Since before 9/11, people have had tragic events in their life awaken a deeper part of them. People are no longer settling for an idea of success that is based on possessions or status. People are looking for a deeper connection with their life and the lives of others around them. We are collectively realizing we all live in the same world today. And we are becoming more aware of our part in it.

 Some of the biggest collapses of commerce are around industries that have been driven by profit and the image of power. These traits are no longer effective in creating a sustainable life. Millions are finding themselves faced with creating a whole new way of living and are having  to do it "on the fly". The new currency is truth. Deception has had it's last curtain call. We are going to need to get to our inner truth if we are going to gracefully navigate this seemingly hostile storm. The more congruent we are with our deepest truths, the more in harmony we are with our purpose in life. It is by living in harmony with our personal truth that we can thrive in 09.

 This storm is a gift, although it might not seem that way to millions, these changes we are experiencing is the old, incongruent parts of our society collapsing. This must happen if we are to replace it with a more congruent way of living. The old way of doing business had us competing with each other. The results of which are filling the headlines of the media today. The new way of doing business is a going to be cooperative approach. What you sow, is what you reap. When you cooperate with others (sow), you will experience cooperation by others (reap). Cooperation in all of it's relationships, with it's employees, it's customers, it's relationship with the environment and ultimately with itself.

 This model applies to us as individuals too. The changes we are experiencing is in every aspect of our life that was not ultimately congruent with the way of life itself. We are going to be congruent with ourself and every relationship that we have. Be it with our careers, personal life, and our relationship with our societies and environment too.

 The old thinking will not work anymore. And the more we watch the headlines that are rooted in trying to rescue the old ways of doing things, the more we are going to have emotional reactions to it. Which will perpetuate our own experience of it. Turn off the TV.

 2009 will be about re-connecting with your truth as an individual. It will be about connecting with your authentic power. About speaking your truth, no matter what. About operating out of integrity. It is the lack of integrity that is collapsing this industry giants. If you want to be immune to the same outcome, then you must get into integrity with yourself. You must learn your core values. Know them intimately so you can keep your decisions rooted in them. You must accept your greatness. This is no time for a sense of weakness. Let your thoughts fill with the passions of your life. you have a reason to be here on earth. And when you truly discover that, and passionately embrace it, then there will be no storm that will be able to touch you.

 My passion is to help others find theirs and live their life with courage and strength. To open their hearts to what their best life looks like right now. To help them remove old emotional reactions from their decisions and break the pattern of subconscious thinking that has kept them stuck.
