So we all are Souls having a human experience. Here on earth. We came to earth to live a life as a human. To take on human traits and learn how to live the good life. All from the human perspective.

 Yet, most of us go through our life and never REALLY wake up to the fact that we are a spirit having a human experience. Our human nature is this thing we have taken on, for  the span of our life. Be it just a few years, or over 80 years.

 We wake up each day, and have a whole slew of options available to us. We ALL have the exact same potential. The universe does not play favorites. Ever. Yet as we watch the lives of those around us, we see striking differences in how we are living our lives.

 How can this be? Why would we seemingly choose a life of lack or struggle? Why would we, year after year, find our self in pretty much the same boat? If indeed we have the same potential, each one of us, why are our lives so different?

 The difference lies in the very nature of this human experience. We tend to have this momentum to our life. We tend to consistently choose the same types of choices and get the same types of responses from life.

 This momentum to life can be seen in many places within society. Perhaps a blue collar worker wins the lotto. And is suddenly cast into a much higher realm of prosperity. Yet, 9 times out of 10, that very same person will have returned to their previous status within 10 years or so. Why do we tend to default to this baseline experience we all have created for ourselves.

 It is because most of our demeanor is subconscious. It is operating be;ow our radar. 80 to 90 percent of what we think and thus choose, is happening at a subconscious level. That is what has created such a consistent result in our life. That is why we tend to have the same types of experiences over and over again.

 So what can we do about it? How can we shift our life experience into a better life experience? By bringing our subconscious momentum into alignment with what we really want. When we have resolved our subconscious programming, and brought it into alignment with our conscious desires, then we will have a consistent result that is compatible with our desires.

 By clearing out our subconscious closet, we are actually opening up the possibilities we have for our future. New possibilities that can take hold. That put us in a new life experience that last for the rest of our life. It's not just some fleeting experience. But just like we have been having a pretty consistent life experience up to now, we can have a completely different life experience that is just what we have been wanting. And it can be here to stay.

Sometimes it seems like we are trying to plow through life. Like the life we really want has evaded us. Just trying to get by kind of thing. We've been holding a notion of what we want our life to look like, and we just seem to just make it through the day. what is it that has us still in this place of impasse?

 When we are trying to create something we have never had in our life, it can seem so ever elusive. We try and try to bring it about, yet it seems to always be just out of reach. When we are breaking the silent boundaries of our life, those silent borders that seem to limit us in our mind, we need to dig a little deeper to find the way to new ground.

 Perhaps, just take a minute and look at your life. How long have you wanted to make a change, yet find your self not that much different from just a few years ago. If you were to look at where you are and where you want to go, are you closer now to where you were? Are you not that established in where you want to be? And if you are still closer to where you started, how close is that to where you were raised? Is your life now in close resemblance to your parents mindset? Mindset as far as how you are to create your life? Are you following your upbringing as far as how you are trying to create your life?

 Most of the ways we use to create our life has changed. Many of the top jobs of the future do not exist yet. There are no classes teaching them either. Consider the job of internet marketing strategist. Would someone from 1985 know what that is? 1990? What about iphone developer? or alternative energy consultant for private residences?

 We are in new ground now. How we are to live a prosperous life is different. I don't think anyone is going to consider working for the same company for 30 years, grow their retirement package and finally settle down in some retirement community.

 It's going to be by following our intuition. And our passions. It's what we can truly get excited about that will be the place of our most prosperous life. It will change over time. As the world changes, so will we. We use to define ourselves by a single talent. I am a district manager, I am a neck doctor, I am a electrical engineer. Perhaps our future jobs will hinge around an arena of a single passion, but how that is actually played out in our careers will differ considerably.

 Take some time and really discover where you could get so consumed with excitement and interest, that time seems to stop. Find out where your passions truly are. Find out what makes you feel the most fulfilled. And then imagine, really imagine, how you can make that a key aspect of your life. When our creative juices are flowing, we are electric. We are magnets to others. Our passions make our work desirable.

 As I get more and more comfortable with not knowing exactly where my life is going, I start to feel a sense of peace within myself. It's not that I am not in control of my life, my Soul is. I have surrendered to the still small voice in my head. I know that sounds like a psycho ward patient's confession. But actually, it's a place where your following your inner wisdom to get you to your best life. My heart was who told me to resign last year. And now my life is full of joy and excitement for the future.

 I had cracked open the notion of who I am. I had let go of the identity I had created for myself. Let go of the notion of needing my life to look a particular way. And by doing that, I had opened up to be able to say yes when my inner guidance was telling me to make major changes in my life.

 Had I been addicted to my identity, or to my life looking a particular way, then I couldn't have made such big changes in my life. By letting go of who I THOUGHT I was, i opened up to the grander view of my life my Soul was trying to lead me to. And it had a MUCH BETTER idea of what my life should be.

 I am writing this totally excited for my future. I am dreaming of what my life can look like and taking the steps to allow it to happen. I know my life will be incredible. Beyond anything I could have imagined for my life. And it is centered on relationships. With friends and family, with my community, with those people I am intended to work with, and to humanity as a whole. This open hearted approach to all my relationships have moved me to a sense of fulfillment with everyone I meet. A sense of connecting with them, as just who they are right now. When we witness each other, and the life we are living, we are walking the sacred path.

 The headlines are cracking more and more people open. They don't have much choice. The more they hold on to the old ways of doing things, the more they tend to struggle. Waiting for the next event to force you to change is the recipe for struggle. Awakening to your life passions, and empowering yourself to proactive go for it, shifts the experience into a place of tremendous growth. A sense of following the path of your best life now.

 What will you need to let go of, for you to move into a better alignment of your truth?

I was chatting with an old friend last night. He had, like myself, worked in television broadcasting for the last several decades. His boss was giving him a choice. Either do more work for less money or take a severance package. I asked him if he thought his boss would ever offer a better package. He easily said "no". It was clear the ship was sinking. There wasn't going to be any rescue that would save the old ways of doing things. What he had always done would not support him anymore. He had to leave the only thing he knew how to do.

 Many of us are finding ourselves in the same situation. What we have always done is becoming a thing of the past. Our sole source of income has been drying up. What had been our career, our life path, has been slowly fading away.

 It's a tough thing to watch as your choices get smaller and smaller. Part of you keeps hoping that something will come along and turn things around. What you have invested your whole life into is no longer able to support you. And you still have the fiscal responsibilities of the past. Your expenses haven't changed, but your ability to generate more income has.

 I found myself in that very situation this last March. I had worked in television for over 25 years. It was my only income. And yet I watched as the company kept slashing support for me. Through downsizing, my daily responsibilities were growing bigger. My income didn't change accordingly. I was working much more for the same pay. It was taxing my life more and more with no end in sight.

 At the time, I had two kids in college, a mortgage, and the daily expenses of living. Then it happened. The company layed off my boss. He had worked for them for 25 years. And now he was gone. The next day they scrapped all his responsibilities onto my plate with no additional compensation. My workload just exploded. There would be no way for me to accomplish everything I was responsible for. And being a salary employee, I would be expected to put in longer hours too. And there was no relief in sight. This trend would only continue. I knew there was no way that industry would ever pay somebody what they needed to get by let alone to thrive.

 I knew in my heart that this path was no longer a valid way for me to live. I knew I would never find a prosperous place in the future it was offering me. So with nothing lined up, no safety net, I resigned.

 I am so glad I did. Since then, the company has laid off dozens and dozens of folks. Had I held on any longer, I would have gotten more and more fatigued. And making a change when your life is a real mess is even harder. Had I not left when I did, I would have tried to make the change after months of long hours and no gains. Even though I was scary as hell, I did the right thing.

 I want to help as many people as I can make the same changes they are being forced into. Millions of us are having to re-invent our life mid stream. To totally create a new path for ourselves. With no real experience as to how to do it. That is my new life path. And I want to help you through these changes. There is a way through this. There is a life for you that is wonderful. You might not be able to see it from where you are, but it's there.

 So what's it going to be? Are you ready to recognize what you have to do to transcend these trying times? It's a choice that will wait for you. But the sooner you recognize your choices, the sooner the changes can begin.

 I know you have it in you, you just have to go deep and find it.

 Dream your best dream, That's your Soul trying to show you the way.
